Restorative Yoga offers passive poses rather than active. This is a slow and meditative class consisting of gentle postures practiced with the use of props such as blankets, bolsters, straps and blocks, which in combination with strategic sequencing, music and timing encourages deep healing and release allowing for complete surrender of your body and mind while soothing your Nervous Systems.
This practice enables you to benefit deeply from Yoga without any effort. Restorative Yoga is extremely healing and although a subtle practice the benefits are profound.
